About Us

John Young was a police officer for 38 years and William Smithson was a security patrol office for 30 years. They both had spent a lot of time working with Neighborhood Community Watch programs studying ways to make them work better for communities.

In 2011 they along with some concern friends with experience in criminology & sociology put together Community Watch Paper to bring additional information to people with community concerns.
